Great matcha starts with where and how it's grown. We work exclusively with Japanese farms that prioritize quality, sustainability, and tradition. Our matcha is:

• Ceremonial grade, First harvest quality for smoothness and flavor
• Sourced from Kagoshima, Japan on small, family-owned farms
• Certified JAS & USDA organic
• Shade grown before harvest to boost natural umami and reduce bitterness
• Ground to order in small batches for ultimate freshness
• Rooted in mineral-rich volcanic soil, which contributes to depth of flavor

The flavor notes of our ceremonial matcha are:

• Smooth
• Balanced
• Umami-forward
• Fresh, earthy undertones

It’s delicious on its own, but also holds its flavor beautifully in lattes or when paired with your favorite matcha combinations.

We source exclusively from Kagoshima, Japan, known for its:

• Fertile volcanic soil
• Rich tea-growing tradition
• Sustainable, family-owned farms
• These farms use no synthetic chemicals, just plant-based organic fertilizers, and have passed down techniques through generations.

Start by making the matcha:

• Sift 1–1.5 tsp of matcha powder into a bowl
• Add 1/4 cup of hot, filtered water (150–180°F) and whisk in a "W" or "Z" motion until a frothy top layer forms

Next, form your dream latte

• Pour ½ cup milk of choice to a glass or mug
• Optional: Add 1 tsp sweetener (maple syrup, agave, etc.)
• Pour your matcha on top and enjoy
