Add ¼ cup of hot, filtered water (160°F)

Whisk lightly and quickly in ‘W’ motions until a microfoam top layer forms

Step 2

next, Form your base

For hot lattes: froth ½ cup milk with 1 tsp optional sweetener on heat and pour into mug

For iced lattes: pour ½ cup milk with 1 tsp optional sweetener over ice

Some favorite sweeteners include agave, maple syrup, homemade flavored syrups, and honey
