The Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup coconut water

1/2 tbsp vanilla syrup

3 tbsp heavy cream (or coconut cream)

1 tsp more than matcha

2 tbsp hot water

Prepare Your Base: In a glass, pour coconut water over ice

Prepare the Matcha: Sift 1 tsp of our matcha powder into a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of hot, filtered water (160°F). Whisk until smooth and combined.

Prepare the Matcha Cloud: Combine matcha, heavy cream, and vanilla syrup and froth until thick cloud-like consistency forms
