The Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 cup water

1 cup sugar

1.5 cups dried rose petals

1/3 cup fresh raspberries

3/4 cup milk of choice

1 tsp more than matcha

1/4 cup hot water

Raspberry Rose Matcha Latte

Prepare the Rose Syrup: Bring water and sugar to a boil, Mix in rose petals, and Let simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes, then strain into a jar.

Prepare the Matcha: Sift 1-1.5 tsp of our matcha powder into a bowl. Add ¼ cup of hot, filtered water (160°F). Whisk until microfoam top layer forms.

Create Your Base: Blend raspberries with milk and strain into a cup over ice. Add 2 tbsp of rose syrup to cup.

Form Your Latte: Pour matcha into cup and Enjoy!
