The Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp banana syrup (+1 tsp of same syrup for cream top)

Small splash of mango juice (trust)

1/3 cup oat milk

1 tbsp heavy cream

1 tsp banana syrup

Dash of cinnamon

1.5 tsp more than matcha and 1/4 cup hot water

Banana Cream Matcha Latte

Prepare the Base: Combine coconut milk, mango juice, and 1 tbsp banana syrup (can choose to make this yourself by combining equal parts sugar, water, and banana into a pot and simmering for 10 minutes before straining) into a cup.

Prepare the Matcha: Sift 1.5 tsp of our matcha powder into a bowl. Add ¼ cup of hot, filtered water (160°F). Whisk until microfoam top layer forms.

Prepare the Cream Top: Using an electric frother, whisk heavy cream with 1 tsp banana syrup and cinnamon.

Form Your Drink: Add ice to a glass, pour your base over, and top with your matcha. Finish with the cream top and Enjoy!
